Acoustic guitars, pianos, upright bass played with a bow, and de Terre’s powerful voice are the backbone of Rosemary’s Garden’s eclectic and dynamic sound. A powerhouse combination of influences including, but not limited to classic rock & roll, alternative, pop, and a bit-of folk are what bring this March 31st, 2009 release of La musique du Jardin to fruition. With the focus being melody, harmonies, and hooks, fans have been blown away by de Terre’s vocal ability and stage performance.

RG, once Michael Louis’ solo project named after his own grandmother’s place of refuge, now has blossomed into a full band project with the album release and an eight-week tour on the horizon. With a collective passion for music Rosemary’s Garden have cemented their line up with M-L on lead vocals, guitars, piano, and harmonica, Chris Vazquez playing electric guitar, Ekko Gaha – drums and Andy Johnson on bass.

One of many highlighted tracks on the album is “Hardtimes” with a so cal rock vibe a driving chorus and lyrics deeply rooted in social commentary. On the other end of the spectrum is “Forever Lily” a whimsical jam about a wild child living the Hollywood life at thirteen unbeknownst to her celebrity parents. Another song that will be brought to life on stage this spring is  “Adelaide” a tale of a May December obsession with a woman six times his age.
