The Italy based group has created a video for their single, “Day After Day.” The single is off a four-track EP, “How Could You Turn a Village into a Town,” that includes two original songs and two remixes by Anti Anti and Stabbyoboy.

Returning with the party anthem of the summer, ever-glamorous Kaci Battaglia has done it again, following up her hit single “Crazy Possessive,” with yet another smash: “Body Shots” featuring super-star rapper Ludacris.  Already exploding at radio and charting in clubs across the country, Kaci welcomes the reception with open arms, as she awaits the release of her aptly titled album Bring It On (Curb Records) on September 21^st.

Based on a conversation that Kaci had with some of her girlfriends right before her 21^st birthday, “Body Shots” sassy lyrics were penned by Battaglia, who has co-written all of the songs on her upcoming release.

“I had been talking to some of my friends about what we were going to do when I turned 21,” Kaci explained. “And they were pushing for me to try a body shot. Later that day, when we were in the studio, I decided to see if I could capture what that experience might be like in a song.

“It was really fun to write and it already goes down a storm when I perform it live!”

Kaci and Ludacris recently shot a music video for ”Body Shots.”

“Ludacris and I had an incredible time shooting the clip with European director, Stephanie Pistel – working in studios in both New York and Miami, Battaglia said. “We took a very symbolic approach to the video and hope that we came up with something classy, fresh and fun.”

“Body Shots” was written by Kaci with long-time collaborators Michael Grant, Arianna Wilson, and Jarreau and Trevor Pitts.  The song is the second release taken from her upcoming album Bring It On.

“Much like this new single, the album title came to me quite easily,” said Battaglia. “I was inspired by personal positivity and power. I am ready for anything that comes my way – and in fact, I can’t wait!”

Kaci had much success with her 2009 debut “Crazy Possessive” which she describes as “an electro-pop dance track with an edge – definitely aggressive, which fits the song, but a lot of fun.  It is a strong topic with a positive message, and a lot of girls are able to relate to it.”

Indie Band Gold Motel have released the video for their single, “Safe in L.A.” The single is off their latest release, Summer House, released on Redeye Distribution this fall.

Singer-songwriter Greta Morgan wrote her first song at age three and never stopped.  After four years, three albums and a relentless touring schedule with The Hush Sound, Greta packed up her guitar, her piano, and her record collection and headed to Southern California.  She started writing what would later become the foundation for Gold Motel.

A year later Greta returned to her hometown and reached out to Dan Duszynski (guitarist / vocalist, This Is Me Smiling) and Gold Motel began their rock and roll adventure.  Dan produced the 10 songs that make up their debut album Summer House and the band line-up was rounded out by bassist Matt Minx (This Is Me Smiling), drummer Adam Kaltenhauser (This Is Me Smiling) and guitarist Eric Hehr (Yearbooks, Villians of Verona).

The ten songs written by these self-professed Motown lovers have already caught the ears (and eyes) of SPIN magazine, exclusively premiering the video for their single and love letter to LA, “Safe In LA”.
