The Gallery’s new EP, Come Alive, was released today, which was produced by Warren Huart (The Fray, Augustana, Hot Hot Heat) at Hollywood’s Swing House Studios. The Gallery are one of the sixteen bands chosen by Rolling Stone magazine to be in their “So You Want to be a Rock & Roll Star” contest, in which they could be on the cover of Rolling Stone, in addition to getting a record deal with Atlantic Records and performing live on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon.
The independent band’s hook-laden rock songs combine a mix of mainstream appeal and professionalism with indie credibility and likeability. Their brand of guitar-driven, southern-infused pop rock blurs the lines between authenticity and commerciality, producing songs that are refined and disarmingly catchy.
